We are not dumb, and we are not blind. What we are is soft. We don’t want to move from our comfort zones. Our places of fear. Of fashion. Of self-indulgence. Even under the guise of giving. Our motives have gone dark. Or gone away. I’m looking inside for some other spark. I am looking inside for the change I need to see in the world. To be in the world.
