Relevant

Relevant
Introduced through my mother’s womb.
Impact hit like an elephant.
The vibrations of purpose.
Boom boom booms
My presence is introduced
before I enter the room.
I don’t come alone
nor am I a rebel,
I’m sent,
on assignment
launched from another level.
I do not come to play,
waste your time
or shoot the breeze.
I always have a target
bringing opposition to its knees,
not for bragging rights
or
to exaggerate my relevance.
This power is not my own
but it’s evidence
that I serve a God,
magnificent,
who gave His life,
no accident,
to set
the very precedent,
that I would follow His example,
excellence.
Put to the task, I’ll pass it,
test this.
I’m relevant.
Not from anything I’ve done.
Any fight I’ve won.
Any debt I paid.
Any recipe for disaster I’ve made.
I’m relevant,
because He says I am
and greater works shall I do than these.
Relevance.
